Official Warning Targets Gulf Nations and American Forces
Iranian official issues warning to Trump – On Wednesday, a prominent Iranian government representative delivered a stern message to neighboring Gulf countries, declaring that Tehran maintains “no red lines” regarding its defensive posture. This declaration came in response to President Donald Trump’s recent announcement that the United States would conduct another substantial military operation against Iran. The American president had made this threat following Iranian attacks targeting commercial shipping vessels in international waters.
Ebrahim Rezaei, who serves as the spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament concerning national security and foreign policy matters, shared his remarks on the social media platform X. His warning specifically addressed nations in the Gulf region that have aligned themselves with Trump’s approach toward Iran. Rezaei cautioned these countries to protect their energy infrastructure, stating, “The Gulf states that have stood alongside Trump in the Iran-America regime conflict should watch over their oil and gas wells.”
He further emphasized Iran’s unwavering position by declaring, “In defense of the security of the great Iranian nation, we have no red lines.” This statement suggests that Iran is prepared to respond to any perceived threat, regardless of where the line might be drawn by other nations.
Kharg Island Under Threat of American Occupation
Earlier on the same day, Rezaei issued a separate warning directed at President Trump and American military personnel. This warning addressed the president’s recurring threats throughout the ongoing conflict regarding the potential seizure of Kharg Island. This strategic location is critically important, as it contains approximately 90 percent of Iran’s crude oil export capacity.
Rezaei highlighted Trump’s renewed comments about occupying the island, writing, “Trump has once again spoken of occupying Kharg Island.” He then issued a challenge to American forces, adding, “Come on, we’re waiting for you and we promise that not even a single American soldier will return alive.” This bold statement underscores Iran’s determination to defend its territorial integrity and energy assets.
Trump Declares Interim Deal Finished
During the NATO summit held in Ankara, Turkey, President Trump informed reporters that the temporary agreement between the United States and Iran to halt hostilities had effectively ended. This declaration followed an overnight period during which both nations exchanged military strikes against each other’s positions.
