Woman, 19, killed in dog attack at house

A 19-year-old woman was fatally injured after a dog attack occurred at a property in Essex. Emergency responders were dispatched to Long Hide, a location in Leaden Roding village, near Dunmow, at 22:45 BST on Friday. Upon arrival, they discovered the woman with critical wounds, and she was later confirmed dead at the scene.

Essex Police reported that the man, 37, from Dunmow, was apprehended on suspicion of negligently managing a dog that caused serious harm leading to death. He is currently in police custody. The canine involved was confiscated, and specialized teams secured the area to ensure safety.
